On average we get 30,000 to 60,000 thoughts a day. These thoughts vary from logistical thoughts to thoughts of worry, stress, anxiety, past or future based thoughts and even positive thoughts. These thoughts can often hinder our ability to focus, be productive or even have a moment of inner silence where mental clarity is at its pinnacle. This soundtrack with just the right frequencies, is designed to enhance the Coherent-Brain meditation experience, to help you achieve coherence and synchronize Left & Right Brain Hemispheres (meditation steps listed below). Through concentrated listening on the bell as it fades to silence, your mind is effortlessly guided to a natural state of inner silence, with the help of embedded frequencies.

The embedded frequencies underlying this gentle Tibetan soundtrack is set of harmonic gamma synchrony. This is arranged to have a volume that is heard completely as the music track moves into silent places. This will be beneficial for supporting gamma synchrony in the brain and increasing the normal resting state gamma synchrony.

INSTRUCTIONS

We recommend you use good quality stereo headphones only, but, if need be, you may play this track on speakers. DO NOT use noise cancellation headphones as it will cancel out some of the frequencies. Do not compress the soundtrack.

Listen to this soundtrack as daily practice with the guided Coherent-Brain mediation technique. You may do this once or few times a day. Find a comfortable spot and sit in an alert position with neck and back straight yet relaxed. Avoid sitting on your bed as for the brain the bed is symbolically a place where you sleep rather than become alert or active.

The embedded frequencies are not audible to human ear. The music which you can hear is placed to give you a pleasant feeling, however, it is the underlying frequencies that support the intended results. When you bring the soundtrack into daily practice, you will notice remarkable shift in inner silence, mental clarity, calmness, increased energy level, uplifted mood with balanced emotions, and increased level of focus.

  • Let go of any thoughts that are occurring at this moment, any worries, past stories, or future events; let all thoughts swiftly slide by. Do not try to fight away your thoughts, simply maintain your focus on your balanced breathing.
  • If thoughts repeatedly arise, let the bell-strikes in the soundtrack serve as a gentle reminder to bring your focus back on your breathing and your existence in the present moment.
  • Whenever you observe yourself engaging back into the thought process, gently remind yourself to maintain your focus on your breathing as the bell is struck.
  • Keep your eyes closed and enjoy this peaceful state for 10 minutes.
  • When you are done, rub your hands together for a few seconds, place your palms over your closed eyes and gently open your eyes and remove your hands.

    Music Details

Pure sound of Tibetan singing bowl. Its two most prominent harmonics oscillate with a low delta frequency of 0.5 Hertz, and at a delta frequency of 4 Hertz. Much like the effect of binaural beats, these oscillations are deeply relaxing and help to guide your brainwave activity into a state of deep meditation. The timing of the bell-strikes are an essential part of this track. Each time the bell is struck, it rings for about 40 seconds. During the first 5 minutes the sound never completely fades away; the bell is struck again before it fades to silence. Gradually the gap between each bell-strike is increased, allowing you to experience longer and longer moments of complete silence. This designing gradually trains the mind to become more and more attuned to a state of silence. It provides a measured amount of stimulation that gradually recedes, allowing you to enter into deeper and deeper states of coherent brain.
