HERE'S EXACTLY WHAT YOU GET:
50 Brain Exercises
You won’t be doing the same thing every day. You’ll get 50 different exercises designed to challenge different parts of your brain, from memory and attention to coordination, focus, and mental flexibility. Some exercises will feel easy. Others may have you wondering why your two hands suddenly refuse to cooperate. That’s part of the fun.
The 21-Day Brain Challenge
We’ve taken those exercises and organized them into a simple 21-day plan. Every day, you’ll open your challenge, see what you need to do, and spend about 5–10 minutes training your brain. No figuring out what to practice. No complicated routine. Just follow the day.
Video Bonuses
As a bonus, I’ve recorded myself demonstrating many of these exercises for you. You’ll see exactly what I’m doing, how to position your hands, and how to follow along. So instead of staring at written instructions wondering, “Wait… which hand goes where?” you can simply watch and try it with me.
Your Own Brain Toolkit
You won't just finish this and forget about it. You'll walk away with a toolkit of exercises you actually know how to use, so any time you feel your focus slipping or your memory getting a little slower, you have something real to reach for, instead of just worrying about it.
And that worry is real for a lot of us. Maybe you've noticed it yourself, walking into a room and forgetting why, blanking on a name mid-conversation, rereading the same line three times before it sticks. That's not something you have to just accept as "getting older." Your brain stays capable of building new connections at any age. It just needs to be challenged the right way, consistently.
Lifetime Access
This isn't something that expires or a subscription you'll forget to cancel. It's yours to keep, and the entire challenge comes as a downloadable PDF. Come back whenever you want to restart the challenge or simply pick a few exercises and give your brain a workout.

50 WAYS TO CHALLENGE YOUR BRAIN
You’re not going to spend 21 days playing the same memory game over and over again.
Your 50 Brain Exercises include different kinds of challenges designed to make your brain work in different ways.
50 exercises. Plenty of variety. And lots of opportunities to catch your brain doing something you didn’t expect.

ONE HONEST THING BEFORE YOU START
This is not something that will get you results overnight. I'm not saying you'll do one exercise, be amazing at it, and suddenly your brain works faster. This is a process of building a skill, like any other. You will not be good at first, because your brain isn't used to it yet. But if you stick with it for 21 days, I can promise you'll see improvement, and you'll keep seeing it as long as you keep going.
MEET THE PEOPLE TEACHING YOU THIS

EMMA ALAM
I was a failing student with terrible grades. I felt like I was failing myself, my parents, everyone. And if I had such a bad memory now, what would happen to me later on?
My parents found a memory program and got me enrolled. Fast forward to today, I hold the Guinness World Record for memorizing 218 names and faces in 15 minutes, and 410 random words in 15 minutes. Both of those are skills I practiced and built. And anyone can, if I can.
I was terrible with memory. So when I learned that your brain and memory are trainable, I made it my mission to inspire more professionals, more people, more students to build a better brain themselves. On that journey, I kept looking for fun ways to keep my brain active and engaged without spending hours on it. That's how I came across these exercises. They didn't take time, they were fun, they were backed by science, and they felt like a gym workout for the brain. So I put all my favorites in one place for you to enjoy and make use of.
Hope you have as much fun doing them as I did putting them together.
